How Magic By The Minute Was Born
Aimee and Megan didn't set out to become travel agents. They just couldn't stop planning Disney trips.
For years, friends and family kept asking them the same questions — which resort should we stay at? How do we get dining reservations? How do we not spend half the day in a line? And every time, Aimee and Megan had the answers.
Eventually, it made sense to make it official. Bonding over custom vacation shirts and a shared belief that no one should suffer through a poorly planned theme park day, Magic By The Minute was born.
Today they help families just like theirs — real families, with toddlers and teenagers and grandparents and everyone in between — experience Disney World, Universal, and cruises the way they were meant to be experienced: magical, stress-free, and completely personal.

Aimee Daly
Aimee is the heart of Magic By The Minute's day-to-day planning operation. An authorized Disney travel agent with deep knowledge of Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and the major cruise lines, she brings a personal touch to every itinerary she builds. No two trips are the same — because no two families are the same. When she's not planning someone else's perfect vacation, she's probably planning her own.
Megan Leonard
Megan is the co-founder and the original co-conspirator behind Magic By The Minute. Her love for theme parks and her knack for finding the hidden gems in every destination shaped the philosophy that still drives the business today: every family deserves a trip they'll talk about for years
